The site is young so currently it takes only 1 hit per week. Originally we had it set at 0 but started getting broken links. By having it at 1, if a site no longer exists it will not show up because it cannot deliver the one hit.
Reranks are twice an hour at the quarter past and quarter to marks. A rerank means that votes are recounted and the Toplist rankings change.
Resets are once a week at a little past midnight on Sunday morning
All topsites basicly work the same, however, DommeToYou was designed by a practicing Dominatrix who thought that the topic of FemDom could not be properly contained in one Topsite. The idea was to categorize the site into several categories and yet have a main overall category as an option. This way, if someone clicks on a link from a Mistress site, they will be taken to the Mistress Category first, then will have the option of going into the other categories. The only time someone will go to the overall page is if they have recently voted!
In addition (upon request), a text link will be added to your webpage from Princess' Friends Directory which is categorized by location. A return link to Princess is not required.

To say anything is cheatproof would be foolhardy, but we are taking every possible precaution including tracking by cookie and isp address. A cheat log is available upon request. In addition, a gateway page is being used to prevent people from using javascript to open multiple windows. A vote is not recorded until someone clicks enter on the gateway page.
